  - $64,800, including an 0.2 FTE of $17,200 for a college professor

- Innovation Passport
  - Technological enhancement grant covering 50% of the project’s admissible expenses. Industrial partners must contribute 50% of the total funding value of the project. $50,000 to $150,000/year.

- Research Support Program – Strategic support for international research and innovation initiatives (RSP-SIIRI)
  - $50,000 to $500,000/year. The awarded funding must be matched 100% by the private sector and other funding sources (Government: maximum 80%). Industrial partners must fund 20% of the total funding value. International partners are responsible for their own funding.

National Science and Research Council of Canada (NSERC) – College and Community Innovation Program (CCI)
- Engage Grant (EG)
  - For new clients at the CMQ. $25,000 for 6 months. Industrial partners must provide a tangible contribution to the project.
- Applied Research and Development Grant (ARD)
  - ARD level 2: $75,000/year for a maximum of 3 years. Industrial partners must contribute $10,000 financially and $27,500 in-kind.
  - ARD level 3: from $75,000 to $150,000/year for 1 to 3 years. Industrial partners must contribute 50% financially and 50% in-kind of the requested funding.
- Industrial Research College Chair Grant (CCI-IRCC)
  - 200 000$/year. Industrial partners must contribute 50% financially and 50% in-kind of the value of the requested funding.
- College/Community Innovation Enhancement (CCI-IE)
  - 5-year grant. Maximum amount of $500,000/year for the 3 first years and $400,000 for the 2 final years. Industrial partners must contribute financially and in-kind demonstrating their commitment to the project.
- College-University Idea to Innovation Grant (INNOV-CU)
  - Maximum funding of $125,000/year for each partner (college and university) for a maximum of 3 years. Industrial partners must contribute financially and in-kind equal to the requested funding.

Québec Research Consortiums
Québec research consortiums (CRITM, PRIMA, CRIAQ, MEDTEC, etc.) provide complementary support to projects funded by private-secctor partners and, for example, the NSERC. Depending on the technology maturity level (TML), this support may vary between 20 and 40% of the total value of the project ($25,000 to $1,500,000 per year). Maximum cumulative government contribution is between 75 and 80%, depending on TML level.
