Basics of magnetism and demagnetization.
Principles and steps.
Choice of methods:
– dry, wet;
– visible and fluorescent.
Advantages and disadvantages of methods.
Practical work:
– checks of equipment and concentration of wet particles;
– writing of work instructions;
– inspection of weldments, forgings and castings;
– interpretation and evaluation of indications;
– reports.
Exams.
